Thanks for biting.Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss
There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

In personal injury matters, I've seen some reports from doctors who can't cobble together a three paragraph report to save their lives. I really lose respect for a supposed medical expert who can't apply the simple rules of grammar, spelling and writing that are taught in elementary school- especially where it's in a professional context. When you're paid to produce an expert report, why not at least run a spell check or have an assistant look it over before you pass it along to the attorney's office?Originally posted by Donuthole View PostIt's not something I would ever even try to present to a jury; expert reports are generally not admissible, and there is no probative value in pointing out the doctor is semi-illiterate.
But I likely won't be recommending that doctor to anyone as either an expert or a treating physician."I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando / Your man don't want it, Trump's a bitch! I'll make his whole brand go under,"

I make sure that the attorney for the other party calls me DR. Williams, even correcting him once or twice. When he asks, "Dr. of what?" I respond, "Are you that unprepared?" The judge instructs me to answer the question, but we then mock the attorney over drinks at lunch. Jack McCoy high-fives me after the trial is over, and Dick Wolf writes me a big fat check.Originally posted by clackamascoug View PostWhenever I've been called as an expert witness, I made sure my wife double checked my work."Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. Rich people hire disabled people to accompany them to Disneyland so they don't have to wait in lines. It sounds like an episode of South Park.

People have been doing this for years but not paying for it. Put someone in your party in a wheelchair and you are gtg. It has become rampant the past 5 years. We started calling it a fat pass, as that seemed to be the only "disability" we could find with most of these folks.

Yeah. These rich people are dumb for paying for it. I know lots of people who show up, check out a wheelchair at guest services and roll through the lines all day.Originally posted by Coach McGuirk View PostPeople have been doing this for years but not paying for it.
