I know a family that has named their children Talon, Liam, Jett, Lake, and Xander.

I also attended elementary school in Southern California with a Rainbeaux Troute.

No more calls, please. We have a winner.

Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

We have a Kal-El in the ward (living with the grandparents). He is a super kid.
One of the grandest benefits of the enlightenment was the realization that our moral sense must be based on the welfare of living individuals, not on their immortal souls. Honest and passionate folks can strongly disagree regarding spiritual matters, so it's imperative that we not allow such considerations to infringe on the real happiness of real people.

Har, har. My wife had a lady in her ward named Ima Jean Overall. (Overall was her married name.) We know of a little girl named Abcde (pronounced AB-si-dee) because her dad loved to sing the ABC song when he was little. Ugh.

OMGOSH, so did I. Wasn't the most active family either. Came once in awhile with his grandparents. The kid's dad was inactive.

We had a new family move into our ward today with 4 kids:

                  Paris
                  Athena
                  Apollo
                  Trittan (pronounced Triton)

I assume they are Greek Mythology fans.

I bet we are the only ward in the church with two girls named Athena.

My brother and his bat-shit crazy wife named their son Ocean and their daughter Maple. God smite them for their cruelty and stupidity.

There was a baby blessing in our ward today for a boy named Cash. I assume this is a nod to Cash Warren because these people are not the type to give a nod to the man in black.

Also, I learned that there is a family down the street with a granddaughter named Jazzy.
                        Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

Kayden is probably an alt spelling for Caiden, which is becoming more common.
Caden (Also Aiden, Braden, Jaden, etc.) has been crazy popular for ten years now, though I've never seen it spelled with a K.

Maybe she's named after grandpa's favorite mode of transportation
