So I have been driving by this Ford dealership and they have one of those new F150 lightnings sitting out front. It has been sitting there for weeks. The asking price is about $81,000 but you would get $10K back ($7500 from the federal government in the form of a tax credit and a $2500 check from Texas for their EV incentive program). But would I rather have a GMC Denali with all the bells and whistles but paying that $4/gallon gas...
Well, yeah... The F150 lightning has only a 85 mile towing range compared to over twice the range with good old gas. That's a lot of long stops and doesn't save a lot more (for fill ups).
