while that may be technically true, I guess I find whatever small difference there is as it relates to the actual driving experience to be irrelevant. I drive my truck to work most of the time, but try to drive the sedan whenever possible outside of work and I never think, as I'm driving my truck, "it sure is nice having these improved sight lines". Either way, I'm just driving and I can see what I need to see.

Its easier to tailgate if you can see past the car in front of you. DOnt ask me how I know.

You younger guys may not fully appreciate, but getting in and out a rig "that sits a little higher" is so much easier for the over 50 crowd. It's way easier on the knees.

I like the CC. Was originally considering that when I wanted a used car to accompany my new truck. The engine was a little buzzy but I was still looking (and prices are good) when I found my M5.

I've looked at and test-driven the CC in the last month. Really like the interior, but I can't get past the engine. Turbocharghed or not, it really paled in comparison with the V6 Passat. I actually like the Passat more than the CC, but it doesn't come with some of the features I want.

then maybe a cadillac or yellow c6 corvette is appropriate

Is a Jag douchey enough to fit on that list? I've been eyeing an XF recently. I really like the roominess and appointments of the XJ interior, but don't love the exterior. And the XJ is too long for my spot in the garage (water heater and water softener at the wall). I've found a 2013 XF with the 3.0 supercharged engine. Super low miles and all the upgrades I want, plus the precise interior color I've been looking for. Tempting ...

Been thinking about getting a new Odyssey. Our older model has a lot of road noise. I haven't test-driven anything yet, but Edmunds says the new model is much quieter. Anyone agree/disagree? Any other models I should consider?
