Yes indeed. The field is white. All ready to harvest.

And it's because of his magnificence that you created this board as an alternative to his?

SU, buddy, we're square. I've already accepted your apology. Since you were so gracious in admitting that BYU's 1984 Holiday Bowl victory was bigger than anything Utah has accomplished, I'll go ahead and let you have this one.

There's no need to try to diminish what BYU did this weekend. That would only diminish the diminisher.

I would love to have Mike and Arch join us here. That has always been the case.

Sounds fine to me. I just don't understand the awe with which MW seems to be regarded. I've known Arch a long time and wish he'd come.

I hope he would do it whilst wearing his Quest for Perfection t-shirt.

If you read that again, he's talking about the Boise State and OU BCS bowl game. Not BYU and OU.

You are right. I completely glazed over BSU and subliminally inserted BYU. I apologize to MikeWaters for taking his post out of context and my critique of it.

The BSU/OU game was indeed 'stunningly entertaining.'

I miss Mike, Arch and even Cali. That site was my online home for several years and it sucks to see it collecting dust. There were some great times over there.

As is the case with all martyrs, MikeWaters' spirit looms large here. In a sense he is present with us and always will be. I love how the very guys who stuck the nines in him saying how much they miss him.
When a true genius appears, you can know him by this sign: that all the dunces are in a confederacy against him.

I admit, I miss this sort of stuff (I'm still laughing; maybe just my strange sense of humor):

                              We shall see.
