Second hand info, but I believe they've got some sort of bubble going around the team as well. I have no idea how that works and would love more info if anyone has any."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

I just updated my calendar for the football schedule changes. While I'm grateful for any football, it was kind of sad to delete the games that were scheduled."I think it was King Benjamin who said 'you sorry ass shitbags who have no skills that the market values also have an obligation to have the attitude that if one day you do in fact win the PowerBall Lottery that you will then impart of your substance to those without.'"

I thought Byron Rex's boy was "next up", (hopefully he learned something from Dad and can give injury, illness, and opposing fans the double bird all season!) - though I suppose a Tuipulotu will need to step up and fill the backup role.Originally posted by Clark Addison View PostJust gives a chance for one of those Tuipulotu boys to step up

I think actually Hank hasn't been cleared for contact yet, and since Pete was split into a different stake, I have no idea what the plans are for Ben this year. I just always like to put in a plug for the Tuipulotu family.Originally posted by Eddie View PostI thought Byron Rex's boy was "next up", (hopefully he learned something from Dad and can give injury, illness, and opposing fans the double bird all season!) - though I suppose a Tuipulotu will need to step up and fill the backup role.

The good news is we can likely beat most of our schedule with Carlos Nuno lined up at TE. Still terribly frustrating and sad for a kid who came back to school and was set to have a big senior season. Maybe next year our senior QB can throw to his favorite senior TE target even though they're 5 years apart in age.
