Max Hall wasn't at BYU at that time.

It's like the pretty girl who claims she has moved on from dating high school boys, only to see her on the arm of a senior at the prom.
change that to ugly girl and I can live with that analogy.

I can assure you that I never would have thought up this analogy - pretty girl or not.

If BYU is at full strength but Utah is not, we don't know what you believe because you don't address this point. However, if Utah and BYU are both depleted then maybe BYU has a chance to beat Utah? Are simply trying to somehow prove that BYU's backups are better than Utah's or do you have some other point you are trying to make?
In your scenario, is every injury for both teams of equal value and impact? if so, you are correct, I haven't addressed that scenario.

I am simply trying to understand your original point on the issue. It seems to be that a Utah team with injuries could lose to a BYU team with injuries. Way to go out on a limb there. Feel free to clarify whatever point it is you are actually trying to make. If it is simply that Bronco is not good at beating Utah, I won't disagree with you.

Sounds like BYU to the Veg.

Jay Drew think Cal or Wazzu will be the opponent.

Also Canada can play in the bowl.

Nope. He will be a RS Soph next year whether he plays or not. So use him come bowl time.
