Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

I have been told the importance of the national media's opinion and I have noticed that is what they call it these days. I figured that it was important to follow the lead of the national media.

Yeah right- if that were true at all you wouldn't have made any allusions to Utah.
"I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando / Your man don't want it, Trump's a bitch! I'll make his whole brand go under,"
Langi is such a beast. He has already met the hype and then some. It's nice to have a monster on D once again. Kaufusi is great, but he had to psyche himself out this off-season to be "mean." I get the sense for as nice a guy Langi is, he would have zero compunction about twisting an RB's head off in a scrum.

I'm disappointed that Langi's time on his mission trip did not help him learn the importance of keeping his commitments. I am also disappointed that he did not learn to show gratitude. He turned his back on the people and environment that put him in the position to be worthy for a mission trip.
The good news for Langi, he got 1 win in his career against his rival. That is more than BYU's last great LBer, Kyle Van Noy, accomplished.
I think Langi said before he left on his mission he was taught the importance of commitments by Jake Murphy.
Did Jake Murphy discuss with him how BYU didn't have the scholarship they had committed to him when he returned?
Not exactly, for what you've written would have been inaccurate. Instead, Jake explained that BYU had the scholarship ready for his return in December as it had committed, but that he changed his mission term so that he came home four months earlier than what he had told BYU when it made the commitment. He concluded by telling Langi not to keep such important information quiet until the last minute, and that neither he nor his family hold any ill will against BYU.

Whatever. December commitment? Who even does that? Sounds totally made up.
