I have enough belief in the P5 that they created a system that keeps the have nots out of the main event. If BYU was ever let in the playoffs, it would be a major failure. If you let BYU in, you are going to exclude at least 2 of the P5 conferences from the playoffs. That should never happen.

Having 2 P5 conference champs left out will happen regularly with a 4 team playoff.
