For the life of me, I can't understand why he allowed to do that every week. What a schmuck.

I agree that it is kinda dorky of Whitt to do this, but I think every program picks and chooses where to play fast and loose with the rules, specifically based on what the punishment is or in this case is not.

This is not really too different from many teams with money using intermediaries to tamper with or poach from other teams' rosters. It is an end-run around the rules with no real consequences. Someday maybe CFB will evolve to a more sustainable form in both of these regards.

Nah Wally had it right. Ric Flair is a great representative of the current Utah program. Old and wrinkly and unadaptable to the current landscape. Used to be cool but mostly liked only ironically by fans at this point. Was once great but doesn't do anything of note anymore beyond occasionally showing up randomly to ruin things for greater programs. And yes universally disliked by their peers. It's perfect.
