FTR, this is not a new chant and doesn't bother me. I think its dumb, yes, but . This is the current equivalent of jokes about mormons having multiple wives.

Also, it is hilarious to see Wally ask what he "can chant about Fu__ing" next time the Cougs beat the Utes. You can't even use the fuck word right now, what makes you think you'll be able to chant it when you need it?

Hey bud, I know that you are one of the cool and 'edgy' BYU fans who don't care about this stuff and aren't even afraid to swear in semi-public settings. I will make a mental note that from this point forward, multiple wives are OFF the table. (I will admit, this one is gonna be hard for me to stop on the Utah side)

On a much more serious note, I want to be sensitive to the needs of by BYU friends, and need advice. I see the tremendous hurt that the "Fu__ the Mormons" chant at Cincinnati has caused. I assume that a more appropriate chant would be "Fu__ BYU" and keep it specifically targeted at the institution not the Religion. Is the latter okay? Alternately, I would appreciate guidance on what specifically we can chant about Fu__ing when playing you guys?

Also, what other topics are off-limits? I will get the word out about this to other Ute faithful.

If I ever find myself at Rice-Eccles for a Utes game, I'll be sure to chant 'Fu__ the __% of Utes who are Mormon!'

For the record, I am a "turn the other cheek" guy when it comes to stuff like this. But considering that the church donated 27000 lbs of food to the University of Cincinatti on-campus food bank last week and given the recent history of violence against an LDS church not too far from Cinci, this is a horrible look for the university.
