    I onboard all the new engineers at the company I work for. We recruit from Utah. Without fail, when we go around and introduce ourselves on the first day, I get a reaction from the Utah alumni when I mention I'm a BYU alum. These are kids that started at Utah after they joined the PAC-12.

    We also have a lot of MU and KU grads come through, they rarely react to each other. Go figure...
    Maybe we should call this affliction BYU Derangement Syndrome (BDS)?
