lol @ you. the parade was all over the news here in utah. it was a pretty big deal, tbh. must have been a good 150 people lining the streets of downtown SLC.

Were you on your mission in 2008? Utah went undefeated and beat Alabama in the SUGAR BOWL.

I did a quick youtube search for "Utah Utes 2008 national champions" and a ton of hits came up. Here's the first one (produced by the National Academy of American Scholars@!):

I was with a group of Sooner fans watching them lose to Florida in the BCS Championship game.

the best part about that championship parade was that participants were so lacking that the university asked the dude that dresses like a pirate to be in it. I think the guy that dresses like a bear was also in it.

I was fortunate enough to catch the local radio guys interview Kyle Van Noy about the superbowl this morning.

                  http://1280thezone.com/index.php/sto...kyle_van_noy28

At the 8:00 min mark, they ask him about being in Provo and helping out in recruiting. KVN corrects them to say he was not helping in recruiting, but was only here to hang with Taysom at a BB game and then goes on to double-down on the Jason Buck interview regarding alumni not being included enough.

                  Enjoy!!

But the interview only just happened this morning?

Or are you referencing KVN's apparent frustration as something that was already widely known?

wally, this is the "information" era. We live in the digital age. News cycles are much shorter now. This morning's interview is yesterday's news. Thomas S Monson died a few hours ago and everyone is already on to the next thing.

Sorry for my lack of understanding. Did he go off on Jason or agree with him.
