I will let this slide just once, but now that you are part of the B1G you ROOT for B1G.. Especially as we try and gain strength of conference back..

    Get back in line!!

If Iowa wins that will put us at 6-4. And we were underdogs in ALL 10 games..

Congrats Brock. That was a nice win.

Congrats Brock. Amazing couple of games by the Buckeyes.

That's a pretty small sample size, given the number of games that are played by each conference.

One nice weekend doesn't wipe out the whole season of results. They had a poor OOC performance this year against other power conference teams, so all this does is even it out.

The only conference that should be chest pounding about their bowl results is the PAC. If they do this for another season or two, I'm willing to give them more credit. They will probably experience an upswing due to tOSU's performance today, the Harbaugh hiring, and the continued steadyness of teams like Wisconsin and Michigan State. I'm glad to see the SEC go down hard this year. I think most of us are tired of hearing about them.

If one is going to take the B1G to task for not winning enough OOC games against other power conference teams, one should also take the SEC to task for not playing enough OOC games against other power conference teams.

I think DAB is rightfully justified with his enthusiasm for the terrific win over Satan and the Crimson Sash Tide. OSU is probably the best team in CFB in the last 25 years, and I think they'll probably score 31 easy points on Oregon. I also think it will be an easy win for the winner with a point differential of 21 points. I'll be curious as to what the wager between Husky and Brock evolves into. I guessing a brick of Tillamook Cheese, for a gallon of Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream.

Winston's post game presser probably dropped him 10 spots in the draft. Yes means yes. He will be back next year.

No kidding. The SEC has feasted off their reputation their reputation lately. I am not saying that haven't had one or two of the best teams in the country (and many times the best) the last decade, but I think "the toughest conference top to bottom" has been a myth the last couple years that is starting to be exposed. The Mississippi schools were a perfect example this year. They both spent time at #1 in the polls this year just because they happened to be leading the SEC West at the time. But clearly neither are even in the top 10.

Possible idea: If Ohio St. Wins, HFN has to make a copy of the Mark Schultz wrestling poster with added comment of being "POUNDED by the Buckeyes and LOVIN IT". A selfie posted here. And I can do the same with same play on words.

I think if you put TCU in this game there is a great chance they win. It is a shame that they won't get a chance because of the format. That is all I am saying.
No, FSU deserved to be there... They played like undefeated team with a heisman trophy winner:

Really surprised by Ohio State. I assumed they'd get crushed, but after first couple drives, it was obvious they were the better team. Too bad TCU didn't get a chance.

Just saw this retweeted by Cousin Sal: "This morning the SEC West filed paperwork to change their name to 'NFC South.'"
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”
