    It's a straw man to say that TCU looks like they belong in the playoff? I understand they there were only 4 spots. I am ok with who they chose since they couldn't really exclude FSU even though many of us thought they looked the weakest at the time of the selection. I think if you put TCU in this game there is a great chance they win. It is a shame that they won't get a chance because of the format. That is all I am saying.

        It's amazing that Lane Kiffin got that job at Alabama.
        Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

                                        Hell yes. If the Blackhawks wouldn't have lost the Winter Classic today this would have been a perfect day. Great to see Nick Saban go down. Couldn't happen to a more deserving person.
