    This made me laugh:

The O is crooked on Oregons national championship game uniforms. So Nike tries to play it off with this statement:

The Nike Mach Speed uniforms feature a special fractal diamond color Swoosh on the front of the jersey and pant. Additionally, the Oregon "O" chest graphic is placed at a 27-degree tilt, representing the Ducks' 27 bowl appearances.
Deadspin calls them on it and says actually 27 degrees looks like this:

Nike revised the statement on their website.

    R

Nike sewed that shit on crooked, and now they are just trying to play it off like they did so on purpose.

Maybe the tilt represents bowl wins, not bowl appearances?

Those are very disappointing uniforms. It is also disappointing that Nike decided to lie about them. It isn't disappointing that Oregon is playing in the national championship.

I thought the Nike response was funny. I am sure it was meant as TIC. Seems like a really dumb thing to get upset about.

The comments in that Deadspin article are hilarious.

I agree. Some of them were very funny. I enjoyed this one:

This is a football school. They all lie about degrees.

Isn't one of the frequent arguments on here in support of Urban Meyer being evil that players on his team have frequent off field issues and that he takes players of questionable character? In contrast, St Saban would not do such things, right?

There you go with the strawman again. Has anyone argued that Saban is perfect? And that game is over. In case you didn't watch the game, Bama lost.

Urban IS evil. So is Saban.

                    Whew. That was easy.

Sorry OSU won, but at least we don't have to cheer for Bama this week.

Lets see FSU, Oregon, LSU, and Utah. Sure I bet we have a chance. Who doesn't want to play for an OC with low enough self esteem to take a job that ran away the past 8 guys after 1 year.
