I am the same way about entrances. I love them. I get so amped. The two I love the most are Clemson and South Carolina. Must be a thing for that state.

As with every fall, I am pretty amped for football to begin. This is my first fall smoking too and I am excited to incorporate that into game day. Is there a traditional smoke I should begin with this football season?

Tip in all forms is a winner. Dont underestimate the power of a solidly constructed tri tip sandwich. Smoking wings is great, ribs are a winner. Food makes game day even better. one of the benefits of BYU playing these late evening games is being able to get a good cook in before the game. UConn is a friday night so that is a perfect way to launch the season....big cook all day and gorge in front of the tube at night.
