that looks pretty classy. Will look into it.

It's refreshing to be regaled with stories of men whose balls are clearly not encased in their respective wives' purses.

This is an excellent idea for BYU scheduling: visit stadiums near famous mormon events! I don't know if Harry Tongue-in-Cheek invented the idea or if it affirmatively makes part of Brother Holmoe's marching orders, but either way it is a solid move. In fact, I am a lifelong mormon but until this thread I never knew that BH Roberts dressed as a hobo in the middle of Tennessee state.

Not only is BYU football a missionary tool, it is also a Perfecting the Saints tool. Win-win!

What?!?! In that case, this is a terrible thread title.

Also, it probably can't be considered a famous Mormon event if a lifelong Mormon didn't know about it.

Keep your chin up, Harry. Nothing is more scrutinized on CS that game thread titles. That is why we sometimes go all the way to a few short days before the game. Nobody dares make up a title!

                          Cool story about BHR, btw.

You mean that you didn't get that SS lesson about a billion times when you were a kid? I for one am making sure that my children are properly apprised of every wrong that we have ever suffered as a people and that they wreak vengeance when it is least expected. I hope Bronco will remind the team of what happened in Tennessee all those years ago to fire the guys up.

Of course whenever we sing "Praise to the Man" in Sac Meeting, I lustily sing out the second verse as it originally read:

"Long shall his blood, which was shed by assassins, / Stain Illinois, while the earth lauds his fame."

Never forget, good brother, never forget.

I'm willing to bet I'm the only person here that has played a football game inside MTSU's stadium.

There is nothing like a game thread title that you have to explain to everyone using a wikipedia link.
