I think the debate over which QB is better right now is pretty much settled. I don't think BYU has a better QB option this season, but they may want to consider getting ready for the Mangum era and convert Hill to another position. They already screwed up once by keeping Nelson at QB, no reason to do it again.

I think we are seeing why Taysom Hill got an offer from Stanford and why he transferred from Stanford. He is an incredible athlete, but he isn't a good QB.

Utah has more talent on offense and a better scheme.

BYU has a more talent on defense, but I'm not convinced they have a better scheme. Van Noy was great tonight, but didn't make any of the impact plays that he has made in the past, which really was the difference.

The much maligned Ute LBers played great tonight.

I'm obviously enjoying the win. I won't gloat because there are too many BYU fans I like (Flystipper, DDD, the poster former known as niku, the Dude, SMR etc.) even though it would feel good to gloat against junkie and KC.
Disagree. Taysom will be good when he get's the passing game down. This is what, his 4th start with a catastrophic injury thrown in there? When he figures out his timing, he we be pretty good.

I don't think Utah's scheme was necessarily better than BYU's, but they played a one-dimensional offense. I am happy with the W, but not terribly impressed. I need to watch it again.

lol, what do you want him to say, "My resignation will be on Tom's desk tonight"? Still haven't gotten used to Bronco's style of coach's speak I see.

O God, where art thou? And where is the pavilion that covereth thy hiding place?

How long shall thy hand be stayed, and thine eye, yea thy pure eye, behold from the eternal heavens the wrongs of thy people and of thy servants, and thine ear be penetrated with their cries?

Yea, O Lord, how long shall they suffer these wrongs and unlawful oppressions, before thine heart shall be softened toward them, and thy bowels be moved with compassion toward them?

O Lord God aAlmighty, maker of bheaven, earth, and seas, and of all things that in them are, and who controllest and subjectest the devil, and the dark and benighted dominion of Sheol—stretch forth thy hand; let thine eye pierce; let thy cpavilion be taken up; let thy dhiding place no longer be covered; let thine ear be inclined; let thine eheart be softened, and thy bowels moved with compassion toward us.

Let thine aanger be kindled against our enemies; and, in the fury of thine heart, with thy sword avenge us of our wrongs.

Remember thy asuffering saints, O our God; and thy servants will rejoice in thy name forever.

I admit, I add no value and recruitment efforts were wasted.

Does anyone have an update on Williams? Two weeks in a row, I am reminded that there things that are far more important. The kids is a real talent, hopefully he is back on the field next week.
