Hey, I picked Ansah as the BYU Defensive Player of the Year before the 2011 season. KillerDog laughed saying he bets he never starts for BYU.

Prisco's going overboard. What I see likely happening with Ziggy is not being picked in the first half of the first round and then a team that's already pretty good that runs a 4-3 that is looking for size on the DL will trade up a few spots (might take a third rounder to do it). The Giants or Atlanta are prime candidates, though Ansah would have to probably slip past #23 or so for Atlanta to be in a position to trade up.

The Niners have a huge need for D-lineman, but I don't see how Ziggy would fit a 3-4 scheme at all. He did work out of three and two-point stances, but he can't offer that same flexibility as both a 3-4 OLB and 3-4 DE in the pros. I can't think of a single player like that. Ziggy could bulk up about 25-30 lbs and be a monster of a 3-4 DE, but I think that would take away some of his athleticism. IMO, he has great 4-3 DE size right now.

Mel Kiper said has him going at 17 to Pittsburgh. I think you are more likely to be correct.
