Yeah, he got you good. I hope you recover soon.Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

Nice pick bro. I'm still surprised with how well this has gone for him. I let his foray into hoops color my opinion.Originally posted by scottie View PostUpdated yesterday, McShay still has Ansah in the first round at #21:

Hey, I picked Ansah as the BYU Defensive Player of the Year before the 2011 season. KillerDog laughed saying he bets he never starts for BYU.

At least I'm bright enough and honest enough to know and acknowledge when I've been owned.Originally posted by lambdacoug View PostYeah, he got you good. I hope you recover soon.If we disagree on something, it's because you're wrong.

You also have a good enough sense of humor not to be insulted by a good-natured use of a goofy Hasselhoff picture.Originally posted by SoCalCoug View PostAt least I'm bright enough and honest enough to know and acknowledge when I've been owned.

I thought the pic was funny. I did grow up on Knight Rider.Originally posted by Indy Coug View PostYou also have a good enough sense of humor not to be insulted by a good-natured use of a goofy Hasselhoff picture.
Feel free to interpret this as evidence that I lack any number of qualities.Last edited by lambdacoug; 12-17-2012, 07:50 AM.Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

Crazy talk, but wow.Just an early look at the draft, I'm not so sure the kid from BYU shouldn't be the first pick.

The first pick comes from a team headed by Andy Reid. The writing's on the wall!Originally posted by BigPiney View PostDon't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

Prisco's going overboard. What I see likely happening with Ziggy is not being picked in the first half of the first round and then a team that's already pretty good that runs a 4-3 that is looking for size on the DL will trade up a few spots (might take a third rounder to do it). The Giants or Atlanta are prime candidates, though Ansah would have to probably slip past #23 or so for Atlanta to be in a position to trade up.Originally posted by BigPiney View Post
The Niners have a huge need for D-lineman, but I don't see how Ziggy would fit a 3-4 scheme at all. He did work out of three and two-point stances, but he can't offer that same flexibility as both a 3-4 OLB and 3-4 DE in the pros. I can't think of a single player like that. Ziggy could bulk up about 25-30 lbs and be a monster of a 3-4 DE, but I think that would take away some of his athleticism. IMO, he has great 4-3 DE size right now.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

Mel Kiper said has him going at 17 to Pittsburgh. I think you are more likely to be correct.Originally posted by Color Me Badd Fan View PostPrisco's going overboard.
