Okay- this confirms that the top button of the jacket needs to be fastened, but I still don't find it necessarily creepy.

Note how the lowest button on the vest is undone; good form, DC. Good form.

I can't think of a single thing he did wrong in that first half. He looks terrific.

Double agreed. I can think of one bad pass, maybe two, he had all night - he looked great. 308 passing, 97 rushing, yeah, I'll take that every day.

And great decisions. He was fabulous.

                      • I contend that we should've seen Christian Stewart about 10:00 earlier, but that wasn't Taysom's fault at all. That kid is a champ.

Looks like he was relying on his brain more and his athleticism less. A good development. And his accuracy was great. No complaints here.

In the end of the first quarter, maybe beginning of the second, there were times Taysom was on the run, and it didn't seem like he was looking down field. It was great to see that improve over the course of the game. Definitely smarter play from Taysom.
                            Not that, sickos.

                            • Taysom Hill was a mountain far too great to climb. UConn couldn't sack BYU's terrific quarterback. UConn couldn't stop him. He beat UConn with his feet. He beat UConn with his arm. He ended up passing for three touchdowns, going 28-for-36 for 308 yards. He ran for 97 yards and two touchdowns. He accounted for 405 of 513 total yards if you're keeping score at home. Diaco called Hill one of the most prolific quarterbacks in America and he is.
