I'm choosing to mostly ignore your fatuity here and instead overwhelm you with so much data that you'll maybe, just maybe, realize that you have reams to read on this subject before you can contribute meaningfully to any conversation on this topic.

Fred and Lamont are definitely on the short list for best cantakerous old guy and hip young guys/chic in the 70s.Originally posted by Joe Public View PostHe's looks to be past his prime, but his kid might still have some plays left in him:

Not cantankerous at all, but I always liked Mrs. Livingston

Were I there for the game, I'd be sorely tempted to wear my temple worker duds (snazzy half poly/half wool white suit, white Wembley tie, white shoes and belt, etc.).Originally posted by Rickomatic View PostOK, since tomorrow is the wear your priesthood uniform to the game day. Should I wear the long sleeve more white to see shirt or can I get by with my short sleeve missionary white shirt?

I made the same comment to my FIL. I texted him yesterday to remind him that the game was a White Out. He sent me a frustrated response, citing a closet filled with blue BYU gear. I told him that if he couldn't find anything, we could swing by the chapel baptistry and get him one of those cool jumpsuits to wear to the game. His response? "ok"Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostWere I there for the game, I'd be sorely tempted to wear my temple worker duds (snazzy half poly/half wool white suit, white Wembley tie, white shoes and belt, etc.).Fitter. I'll bet if everyone shows up in white baptismal jumpsuits we'll make SportsCenter.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostI made the same comment to my FIL. I've long thought the student body should wear white shirts and blue ties to all games. I think it would look great. It would also look southern.Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostI'll bet if everyone shows up in white baptismal jumpsuits we'll make SportsCenter."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
