I hope your overreaching doesn't cost Mitt the election.Originally posted by YOhio View PostThis doesn't count. You have to actually cheer for BYU in order to pick up the Romney vote.“There is a great deal of difference in believing something still, and believing it again.”

Gotta love it when the coach calls his own team a bunch of try hards...

"Am I impressed with his ability to run? No. Am I impressed with his ability to throw? Not really. But the most important thing," the always-candid Leach said, was Nelson's ability to be a leader in the 30-6 BYU win that was the season opener for both teams and Leach's debut for WSU on Thursday.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

I agree with Leach. Which is why I'm still worried about the games where just being a leader isn't going to be enough to get by."Am I impressed with his ability to run? To begin with, everything.

Can we just stipulate this point somewhere and move on? Of course we are going to struggle with the good teams. So, yeah, Leach has Nelson pegged.Nelson's leadership, WSU's coach said, was "More impressive than I expected. And I expected it to be impressive."Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

He decided say he can't, he said he wasn't impressive doing those things. And you don't have to be very impressive doing those things to beat Wazzu. I'm sure even Leach would admit that.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostI agree that he has him pegged. he said he cant run or throw.

I see. So, along those lines, you also don't have to be a very good leader to beat Wazzu. You really don't have to be very good at anything to beat Wazzu.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostHe decided say he can't, he said he wasn't impressive doing those things. Dude your approach isn't glass half full it's glass completely empty. Could you please turn your frown upside down and enjoy a victory a little bit?Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostHe decided say he can't, he said he wasn't impressive doing those things. Riley did some good things, has room for improvement, but overall played pretty well. Had Doman not called off the dogs in the second half he probably would have thrown for 400 yards. He also outplayed a QB who was on the PAC12 all conference watch list.
