woah. That's actually ridiculous praise given that our WR corps is arguably the strongest unit on the team (right there w the LBs) and we've never heard of this cat.

We haven't? I don't think people expected him to be a factor this soon after his mission, but people were very high on him coming out of HS.

Seating question...

I have seats 20-24 in a certain section. I was told these are an isle seat, as that is what I request every year...

Can anyone verify? Or does it change depending on the section? Of course...the BYU seating chart in the book and on the website are useless.

Anyone have a detailed chart?

Someone may lose a limb if this isn't correct. And...they moved my section again. But I think I am much lower than I was last year. Still upper section though.

You should call the BYU ticket office and simply ask them tomorrow. That is what I would do if I were in your position and felt as strongly about it as you apparently feel.

For the third time in four years, the BYU ticket office messed up my season ticket order. They moved me back 11 rows this year. I am at my wit's end with this.

Are you guaranteed the same seats each year? I have heard lots of complaints about the tix office, i guess that is what happens when students are basically staffing it.

No, but they are supposed to improve a little each year as I accumulate long-term buying credit. Up until four years ago, that was the case. Prior two mistakes were purely logistical errors on their part. One year they said "tough" and the other year they partially corrected it. This year they thought they were doing me a favor by putting me closer to the center. But there is no way I would trade a relatively small lateral shift by moving back 11 rows.

We are going to chat next week about options, but I am not optimistic.

Silly rabbi. Call them back ASAP and punt this year. Tell them that in exchange for dropping your complaint this season, they can make it up to you NEXT season with an extra special upgrade...move more towards the center and down 15 or so rows. This season is a huge piece of poo, anyway. Next season is the real catch.

You should change affiliation. Messed up seats and parking pass this season. One call...30 minutes later...resolved, with a parking upgrade for the mistake.

Big difference. The powers that be at BYU consider it is a privilege for someone to be a considered a BYU fan. There is absolutely no need to cater to the fan.

Well, someone else will get the "priviledge" of having my seats this year.

I've been thru this a couple times over the years and BYU's customer "service" is horrible.
