So, this isn't a neutral game?

I thought I read somewhere that a TCU fan was saying it was considered their home game - since they were leasing the stadium, or something like that.

I know TCU is in the middle of major renovations for their stadium. Are they playing there during the renovations, or are all of their home games this year being held elsewhere - I almost got the impression from what I was reading somewhere else that all of TCU's home games are on a different field this year.
