This could be another game where John White goes well over 100 yards. I think the Utes D is good enough to stymie anything Cal's offense tries to do, we just have to not make stupid mistakes and extend their drives on penalties or kill ours on penalties.

If Utah can keep Keenan Allen in check they should win going away. Cal is not a good football team, Maynard has really struggled. Sofele is decent on the ground but I expect Utah to shut him down.

Cal is on a three game losing streak, I don't know if that's an advatange or not?

I think this is a winnable game for Utah providing they limit turnovers, and clean up the special teams play. Cal has talented playmakers, that Utah needs to take out of the game, like they did against Pitt.

I think the game plan will be similar to the Pitt game. Run the ball, play field position and hope your offense can get you a few field goals and TD's and then hang on.

I think it is good for Utah that they are no longer on a 3 game losing streak, that win at Pitt might be a season saver.

I think Cals D is better than its showing, but it has gone up against Oregon, USC and Washington. Two of those are common opponents. Utah Showed Better against USC than Cal did, But Cal did better against Washington. Seeing as the Bears are at home, I take Cal in a 2-3 point win.

They are ranked in the top 50 in total defense adn 33rd in total offense. Considering like you said they have faced 3 of the top offensive teams in teh country that is not bad.

It is old school, for sure. Wait until you play UCLA at their pad. Their is an old dude that wears a very similar outfit that stands in the sidelines yelling and ringing bells.

Just to give you heads up, if you are a ute at a Kal game, you are not going to be the first to:

Make a joke about protesting, demonstrations, liberalism.
Notice that UCLA copied Kals mascot, colors, and song.
Remark that Green Day sang about Tightwad Hill
Make a joke about the rugbys
Make a joke about the band spinning their hats before every kickoff
