Right - all those teams suck. Unfortunately a Heaps led BYU team does too.

Colorado State beat USU, the same team that was leading BYU by two TDs before the coaches finally got Heaps the hell out of the game.

But I tend to agree, they probably could trot out Munns and still win the game. They could trot out Lark, Kuresa and Nelson and win the game. Heaps is likely the only QB on the roster who could find a way to lose this game.

I've always been intrigued by Munns, and I would enjoy seeing him get to play sometime before he's done with school. I don't know if that will happen.

Regarding SJSU, I think the BYU players should come out with some pep and be ready to play. They had a come-from-behind win to energize them, and Nelson is starting. I know some here fault the players for apparently playing harder for Nelson than for Heaps, but I think it's inevitable that leadership impacts team performance. Whatever the reason(s), the team seems to buy into Nelson more than Heaps.

The reason is people can smell an arrogant douche bag from a mile away, hence, no one like The Hypester.

So it's official. I have to go the the Tabernacle and wait in line for "first come, first served" tickets for the All-State Choir instead of go to the game. Apparently we are going to stand by the flagpole on temple square starting at 4pm or so to make sure we get in. Concert is at 7:30pm.

lol. Oh man, that is really taking one for the team. Poor guy.

I hope you get to build up some capital for doing that.

That's what happens when you have all girls, whose interests are much more fine arts than athletics. Ah well. I'm told All-State Choir is quite a big deal, and my daughter was specifically asked to go as a Junior (auditions were for Seniors only).

From the pregame interview, sounds like Bronco knows that Heaps is his quarterback. Even if Nelson is starting.

Alright Cougs. Time to get that offense on track. I'm ready for a huge blowout. I could use that.
