Track and field is also more popular than skiing. Does Utah even have a track team? Last I remember they shared track facilities with East High School

In my opinion it is Nelson Agholor. I am curious what others think, here are the nominees:
Nelson Agholor (USC): 56 receptions, 918 yards, 6 tds, 19.1 yard per punt return (USC record) and 2 tds.
Bralon Addison (Ore): 61 receptions, 890 yards, 7 tds
Dres Anderson (UTAH): 52 receptions, 1002 yards and 7 tds
Chris Harper (CAL): 69 receptions, 840 yards and 5 tds
Austin Hill (AZ): 81 receptions, 1364 yards and 11 tds (in 2012, he missed last season with an ACL injury)
Ty Montgomery (Stanford): 61 receptions, 958 yards and 10 tds (very impressive in a run heavy offense, always seemed to make the big play)
Jaelen Strong (ASU): 75 receptions, 1122 yards and 7 tds

I don't pay much attention to the PAC outside of USC, but based on those numbers, Dres Anderson looks like the most explosive/dangerous receiver of the bunch and that even playing with what had to be the worst QBs in the conference.I'm like LeBron James.
