There is a surprising number of posts by byu folks in this thread.

Naked? A compliment? I had no idea.

Generally, if you beat em like a drum, the conversation becomes derogatory toward your local brand of weed, "K-pot sucks. No cannabis and all weed. And, you're still in Kansas." If they beat you like a drum, the conversation returns to derogatory, "K-pot sucks. No cannabis and all weed. You suck AND you're still in Kansas." After a while, you kinda just tune it all out and grab another beer outta the icy tank at the Millenium Hotel and enjoy Boulder Creek on the way up to Folsom Field. Expect a heavy dose of polygamy jokes and whatever form of cannabis dominates in SLC.

The Buffs are way more interested w/ their rivalry w/ Cal Berkley than w/ the Utes.

That's a good evaluation of Colorado. I've also been to Folsom field a few times until I refused to make the trip because of disgusting behavior by Colorado fans. The funny thing is that Colorado will treat Utah fans as if they are all dyed-in-the-wool Mormons. Expect a bunch of polygamy jokes and irreverance towards the LDS religion. You know, the kind of thing some Utah fans display towards BYU when the Utes and Cougars play. In the small minds of Buffalo fan's: Utah=BYU. It will be epic and ironic at the same time.

Oh, that's the least surprising aspect of this thread.

It's just too tempting to mock this Utah-Colorado rivalry talk. As if something will instantly gel that will even compare to a decades-old BYU-Utah rivalry. This is a thinly-veiled attempt by Utah fans to rub the PAC-12 affiliation in BYU's face and you know it. (I would do the same thing in your shoes).

If you will visit the official Utah-Colorado rivalry thread, you will see that I have no such intention. Having CU as a rival doesn't affect... well, go read it yourself.
