Sure. I concede. If the tables had been turned I wouldn't be upset at all. You are right. The blown call right there had no impact on the game because BYU's defense had dominated all game.

What is funny is how pissed off this board would be had BYU been on Wyoming's side. Or SDSU if we want to go back to that game.

It makes no difference to me if BYU wins or loses. But to say a call like those didn't impact the game is just stupid by someone people on this board.

Let me clarify my position. I'm very happy for the win. BYU needed it and as an idiot fan I needed it. I'm frustrated that BYU leaves the door open. I'm frustrated that BYU puts themselves in positions to lose this game. And just like the SDSU game, I'd be absolutely livid if I was a fan of the opposing school. Both SDSU and Wyoming got hosed on critical moments that really hurt them and benefited BYU. If it was reversed and that non-call had cost BYU LiveCoug would have just driven off a bridge.

I could say that you are. You are one comparing call to all the plays where holding could have been called. And holding could be called on pretty much every play.

And PI on lots of passing plays.

Again, with such an ugly win, who cares about the PI call? Thow a flag or make the play without interference and it was still brutal. I honestly didn't care that much at the end about the outcome and would probably have just shrugged my shoulders had we lost. Nobody in my section was wound up at the end and there wasn't much high-fiving when it was over. And the crowd overall was awfully quiet in the last three minutes given that the game was on the line. An overall ugly game with sloppy play does that to you. So who gives a shit that we got lucky on a PI?
