Why would it take nearly a year to bring charges? And if he's being held without bail it suggests they've got a very strong case.Originally posted by LiveCoug View PostParker Kingston you absolute moron. Arrested for felony rape in St George.

Does DNA take super long in real life to get back? On TV it takes a couple hours. That said, if it's DNA, how did they have his DNA to compare? If he gave his DNA, then he knew this was coming. Sad situation all aroundOriginally posted by PaloAltoCougar View Post

I am certain that with there being a year long investigation that he knew that there were allegations against him and that he had been contacted about those allegations.Originally posted by LiveCoug View Post

I think that Utah is caught up, but in 2018 there was an 11K rape kit backlog in Utah. I think now though they have to be submitted for processing in 30 days, but that is only submitted and not results returned. The rape kit testing is centralized now.As I lead this army, make room for mistakes and depression

Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
