They still host hearings to enable their members to grandstand and create sound bites for their re-election campaigns.

        • Yormark reaching out as ND looking for a new conference.

          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Yormark was a total squish with BYU and the CFP, but glad to see him getting his balls back with ND. Would be great if the other conferences followed the lead.

I'm guessing taking away the tax-exempt status for the University as a whole is a non-starter.

                  Um, he's a sitting U.S. Representative.

Yeah, but I would be all for taking away Utah's tax-exempt status.

As I understand the idea, the "commercial" side of sports will be assigned to the new JV entity between Otro and the university. The new entity would be a for-profit business, it makes sense that it would be taxed. But that shouldn't reach back to the university itself.

my bad, I meant to say he is a freshman representative without even a year of experience. I was making a statement that he is unlikely to be influential enough to get an already sedentary congress to do much of anything. Words are hard for us engineers.

Most bipartisan AFTER the release of the Epstein emails. You are getting too hyperbolic here, bud.

Not cool, bro. The Brethren would disagree with this level of animosity.

Oh, because I thought you were saying he was not even a member of Congress and therefore unlikely to be influential enough to get an already sedentary congress to much of anything. Words are hard for you engineers, I guess.

Hey, go after his fandom, but this engineer slander needs to stop!
