BYU's winning percentage against the Massey Composite top 20 is as good or better than 3 teams ranked ahead of them by the Playoff Committee last week (Ole Miss, Oregon, Notre Dame).

Against the top 40, it's as good or better than 7 teams ranked ahead of them (Georgia, Texas Tech, Ole Miss, Oregon, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Alabama).

Against the top 60, it's as good or better than 7 teams ranked ahead of them (Georgia, Texas Tech, Ole Miss, Oregon, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Alabama).

Also, BYU played 5 of their top 7 rated opponents on the road. Many of the other teams under consideration haven't even played 5 road games.

The only mention of BYU was when they were placed and all the talk was about them being a thorn in the side of the committee and the rankings.

Then when they compared bubble teams, they completely left off BYU labeling it a “2 loss teams” list. They showed everyone 8 through 15 except BYU and put up a graphic of each of their records and stats.

LOL. BYU isn’t considered because they don’t have enough losses.

That means you don't belong here.

The stupid thing about that is if they were to win the next two they would easily be ranked high enough on its own not to need the auto bid. That is not what a bid stealer is.
