Teams like Oregon always give me anxiety. They have speed and talent and can put something together at any point even if they are underperforming. I want this win even more than Baylor though because it's the Pac-12 and.

There is definitely a different tone this week with Oregon fans vs what we saw with Baylor fans.

The Big 12 footprint is a good place for BYU sports IMO. Eugene is a great place but there is not a small aspect of its university community that views the existence of institutions like BYU as an existential threat to the world they believe must be created for the salvation of mankind.

BYU +3.5 (-110) at Oregon

Hopping back on the BYU train here after last week. They have injuries at WR, but I think both players have a shot at playing on Saturday. My model really likes BYU and is not a fan of Oregon. Even outside of Oregon’s blowout loss to Georgia in Week 1, my model just doesn’t see it with the Ducks. My model has BYU rated higher on offense and defense so really the only advantage here is that Oregon is at home. Are we going to assume these teams as equal? I can’t get there. This game should be closer to a pick ’em and I’ll take the 3.5 all day.

Worst line to bet: BYU +3 (-110)
