Maybe that's why.
That is not uncommon in North Texas as well. In fact, I have almost never seen one of my neighbors not wearing a kie1: his shirt or something. I think he is related to Babs.

West Virginia to the BIG 12?
Maybe with the rest of the Big East.

My FIL is like this with Oregon State and the Dallas Cowboys. Every shirt he owns is one or the other.

If true, that is good news. WVU is a football school and adding them won't replace OU, but it will bring in a solid program with a rabid (maybe more rabid but smaller than OU) fanbase.

That's because people in Oklahoma have no fashion sense, so they take the easy way out when it comes to clothes and home decorating.

That doesn't surprise me. While decent athletically they really offer little else.

My in-laws would say otherwise (die hard WV fans) but outside of football, they really don't have much else to offer. And they definitely don't offer eyeballs.

That would be a good football and basketball conference. Plus I could manage the 4 hour drive to Morgantown.

I've never been to that venue. Another one to check off the list.

The colors for OSU and the Cowboys go surprisingly well together.

Hoops they are decent addition but I think (just my opinion) Louisville is a better basketball program than WVU

                                Uh, that's everyone's opinion too.
