I didn't hear it - but people on CB are saying that PK stated that he's heard the same info as Swaim, except that Utah was included with the other three Swaim mentions - confirmed by "sources". Reportedly, he said it isn't written in stone, but has been accepted in principle and is more likely to happen than not.

Yep. With BYU already in and that market taken, I’d go with UW and UO first and then thr AZ schools and Colorado before Utah.
