Can't we "stand for something higher" while increasing exposure and competing on a higher level? Something seems so hypocritical about all of this to me. This actually makes me think BYU is still trying to work through this. If they weren't, I've gotta think there would be some kind of press release. If BYU doesn't go to the Big 12 and they never say anything else, this will be my last season as a fan. I can understand if they felt under the circumstances, whatever they may be, they couldn't make the move. I just want to hear something, anything. Maybe because their fan base is going to demand it? I doubt they'll hold a press conference, so a press release is more likely. Everyone knows BYU and the Big 12 had negotiations. Unless an NDA was signed, which is totally possible, BYU needs to let their fans know the exact reason they decided to stay independent. Maybe they never received an invite, maybe it's because they fell in love with the WCC.
