A&M leaving is the perfect excuse for letting the BIG 12 dissolve with no exit penalties for the remaining parties. For ND it signals SEC will have to go to 14 teams next year (probably 15 and 16) the Start of the Super Conferences. It has to make a move almost now to get things in order schedules and all by then. Might as well be the Founding Member of a Conference instead of joining one.
And if you really think about it. It is impossible to bring in either/and/ BYU or ND without a major overhaul of the leagues bylaws...It would probably be easier to start fresh.Comment
