Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”Comment

I'm with Scheer. Arizona is going to stick around for 60% of the money they could get in the Big 12 and to play most of their games on apple TV while still having the very real possibility that the conference falls apart anyway in 2 years and then they truly have no where to go? Not buying it. It would be administrative malpractice to not take this life raft being offered them.Comment
