Per Bronco's words, the only thing he focuses on is the commitment part. Was there a commitment between Apo and Texas? That is well-established. It isn't even in question.

Now people in this thread are talking about "levels of commitment," or being "firmly committed."

Where in Indy Coug to ask you all how far you are going to broaden the scope of Bronco's words?

Sorry, still no. If only that quote were all you are claiming.

Instead, your argument has been that Bronco said A, so he must have meant B and C. Since another situation contradicts B or C, he is a hypocrite.

I'm not sure you really believe what you are saying. But even if you do, I guess I've said my piece.

Before I agree or disagree, could you please define A, B, and C for me?

Its their program, their the ones who will get canned if they do not succeed, more power to them.

You 100% correct on this. Bronco is the CEO of his little company in Provo, Utah. He has every right to run it the way he wants to. Just like every other Head Coach out there.

It is just fun to debate what we don't agree with.

          No it's not.

O.k. Sometimes it isn't. People can get a little angry at how some people see things.

You were supposed to say "Is too!" so I could come back with "Is not!".

              Sheesh.

              • Appears we have several retired members of President Clinton's PR team posting in this thread, still trying to define what the meaning of is, is.

It isn't. It's called life. People change their minds all the time and rightfully so because it's their prerogative to do so. Mendenhall needs to accept that.
I can see how a Ute would think that, after this last month or so.
