CEO already starting Class of 2013 strong. Two commits already in the stable...Chris Hawkins (****) CB and Kenny Bigelow (*****) tackle from Deleware.

Tomorrow, Max Browne (*****) QB and #1 overall QB makes his announcement (odd time for a '13 kid to announce). He has narrowed his choices down to 4 schools but the buzz is that the final 2 are SC and Oklahoma. That would be a terrific pickup for SC to start the '13 class with such a strong field. The one thing that spooks me about Browne.....he goes to Skyline in Sammamish, WA

Sark letting a lot of kids leave town. That has to be raising the temp on his coaching chair.

The Browne kid must not like to play XBox Live with Tosh. I'm sure Shaq alone was worth the $500k.

More good luck....from the NCAA of all places. Josh Shaw granted immediate eligibility this year after transferring from Flo-Rida at the end of last season. He played in 10 games for the Gators last season and should strengthen what is already a pretty decent defensive secondary.

Hey DDD: Any thoughts or knowledge on this kid (Marcus Baugh)? He's a Cali kid, but looks like no offer from USC..

He was definitely on SC's radar and I believe he went to Junior Day at SC. From what I gather, he would have been quite interested. The big problem is that SC is pretty stacked at TE so they would probably be wanting to bring him in maybe at D-end instead. If you look at what SC is doing right now and recently, they are moving guys all over the place to fill gaps. This probably killed any chance of getting him given that TE is his natural position.

He looks like a great get for the Luckeyes. SC is thin at tailback and looking to shore up the O- and D-line. Not saying they would have landed this kid otherwise, but that might explain why they didn't even offer him. They have to be really careful with their scholarships. If they had their full slate to offer, it would be a no-brainer to offer him. Probably the best TE coming out of the West in 2013.

However, on a related note....Su'a Cravens, a Safety out of Murrieta will announce his choice on June 6 (D Day?). SC is rumored to be the lead dog on that sled.

Cravens is the #1 Safety in the country. If he commits to SC, SC will have 3 of the Top 8 players in the country already committed (#1 Safety - Cravens, #1 QB - Max Browne, and #1 DE - Kenny Bigelow). CEO is the best recruiter in the country, bar none.

Thanks.. With SC low on schollies they do have to be very selective.. We are glad to have him. I am stoked to see what he can do at TE. Urban loves his TE's so I can see why the interst is there..

Seems Urban is going national rather than regional lately. We got this guy and the QB out of Texas ( J.T. Barrett ) as well.

Any Utes with some dope on Michael Hutchings out of Concord/DLS? I have been reading rumors about his increasing interest in SC but notice that to date, he hasnt visited the campus. He also holds an offer from Utah, being recruited by Tuiaki. What is his connection, if any, to Utah, or any rumblings about his potential interest in playing for the Utes?

This is the kind of kid SC needs to sign next. With limited scholarships, a really highly regarded LB would be perfect.

SC players spend a day on campus.....wearing full uniform and pads.

I am glad to see some remnants of Pete in this video...the players are having fun again.

That being said, I was shocked to learn a few things from this video:

                            1. The football players seem to know where classes are held
                            2. Robert Woods understands o-chem
                            3. Football players are still accepting free cart rides on campus
