My nephew just graduated from SC and is moving on to Cal for his post-graduate work. He's wondering where his allegiances should lie. Are you saying he should decide based on obsession level?

    • I don't see why they just don't give it to the Sooners. If Miss America, for any reason, is unable to perform her duties, they always give it to the 1st runner-up. That's as American as apply pie.
      Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Did you see that game? I was there.

Trust me, they are not giving it to the Sooners under any scenario.

Fine. See if I defend your stupid marginal also-ran team anymore. Sooners may have gotten manhandled by the ineligible frauds, but would have creamed any other team in the country that day.

Look, even if the 1st runner-up is no better looking than John Lithgow in drag and did rythmic gymnastics for her talent, she still gets the crown. It's the American way.

                • SC from 02-05 was about as much fun as I can have watching a college football team. They played a great, exciting style of football and had my jaw dropping and head shaking than I can remember. the BCS can't take that away.

                  • USC running back Marc Tyler with some interesting comments.

USC pays better than the NFL, because "they baking bread", all USC running backs have sex with Kim Kardashian, and USC stands for "University of Sexual Ballers". Oh and ASU has the most attractive women.

Great news! Kiffin will be able to lead the Trojans for many more years without facing further penalties for his cheating at UT.

Good news indeed. Mike Glazier who helped UT avoid penalties was retained by Oregon to help with the Lyles investigation.

                            • Kiffin is wearing a Serra Cavaliers football hoodie on his ESPN tour today. That almost seems like that should be a recruiting violation of some sort. Didn't Woods, Farmer and Lee all come out of there?

They have some players right now but they are mostly underclassmen. I would say is is walking very very close to the edge.
