I will not stop. Can't remember when I started speaking in the plural for teams and countries but I did start doing it independent of sports/soccer and it makes more sense to me.

Also don't slam your bratwurst in the door on the way out, Germany! Paraguay upsetting one of the tourney frontrunners obviously bodes very well for the US.

It was, and how heart-breaking for them. Brazil, once again, finds away despite not looking great so far this tournament.

Brazil go down 1-0 early (30th minute) to Japan. I think Brazil are still overrated and Japan are dangerous. So while Brazil crashing out in the new, easier round of 32 would be shocking in a vacuum, Brazil losing to Japan would not surprise me.
