            Barry is slimming down, which is odd because I thought he said that you naturally gain weight as you get older.

                Well until your team strolls the depths of baseball hell for 29 years, you should take a little more pleasure in game, even while losing in the playoffs.

                You can't appreciate how KC's playing? You have a narrow definition of good baseball.

                    Seattle doesn't enjoy sports and never enjoyed football. I just gave up on the Royals for a while but always hoped.

                          Not odd at all. He took up competitive cycling. My friends rode in Levi's grand fondo road race with him a couple of weeks ago. He wasn't too hard to spot among the 7,500 riders there.

                              training as a professional athlete didnt seem to stem his uncontrollable weight gain when he as chasing home run records. not sure why training like a weekend athlete helps him lose weight now.
