Critical point in this game, Clips down 14 points with 3 minutes left in the third quarter.
Chris Paul gets his 4th foul and just walks over to the bench immediately as if it's a foregone conclusion that he's gotta come out of the game, and sure enough Doc Rivers takes him out. WTF?
I will never understand the coaching tradition of pulling guys out of the game when they get ahead of pace on fouls. Let's disqualify my best player preemptively at the most important part of the game to try to decrease his chance of being fouled out at the end when it looks like the game will already be decided anyway.Comment
