I remember on nfl regular season strike but only one game cancelled. NBA lockout and strike scrubbed a few games. Did anyone mind 60 nba games last year. I don't think too many people miss November bball. And there is always high school and college ball to watch.

As for MLB I don't follow them that much or NHL for that matter so would not hurt my feelings lockout. Though while working in Rexburg some Wisconsin chicks I knew were not too happy the minnesota North Stars moved to Dallas.

Calgary is short on skill. It's Iginla, Cammalleri, Bouwmeester, maybe Tanguay, and a bunch of replacement-level skaters. Hopefully Iginla decides he wants to win a Cup and accepts a trade at the deadline.
