Connell sucks at basketball. I think they have won one game. They have a bunch of football players who have won 2 state championships in the past 3 years.

Any of you guys recognize this kid on the floor? I believe he's Connell's leading scorer in basketball as well:

So this was the one game they won?
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

#2 wasn't a foul. He stepped out of bounds before the foul was committed.

Yep. If you are going to make contact with someone, do it once they step out of bounds, where the refs cant say a thing.

If the ref would have called the foul, the play would have ended before the player grabbed him.

              That was also TIC

When Ron Artest went into the stands in Indiana, I remember thinking "why are the refs even trying to stop him? He's not even in bounds?" It still doesn't make much sense, really.

#5 was the only one I saw that looked flagrant. There were a couple of overly aggressive fouls by a kid that has no clue how to play basketball. The coach of the team in white should be fired for incompetence, as it's obvious that his team has no clue how to play the sport.

As others have mentioned, most teams wouldn't have let #5 slide. Someone should have at least gotten in his face and let him know he's going to need eyes in the back of his head if he's going to play that way.

Having this video go viral, as it has per Yahoo, will mean that kid's life just changed. Much more so than if he had been called for a flagrant.

Good. Maybe he will learn to play the game right.

I heard many commentators indicate that Ron Artest was "way out of bounds."

Read the first sentence of the article that is currently on the front page of Yahoo.

Connell (Wash.) High's Cole Vanderbilt was relative unknown in the basketball world, but all that changed two days ago, when a viral YouTube video turned him into one of the most hated players in Washington. Continue reading →
