I don't get the angst about the video going viral, and hurting the kid's reputation. It's not like it was a non-video report containing merely someone's opinion on whether or not they were flagrant fouls. It's "here's the video - judge for yourself".
I thought the fouls weren't horrible - I think #5 should have been a flagrant and possible ejection, but I think the people who made the video were mostly whining about some hard play by some big guys.
One thing to consider - the video was premeditated, which means the kid already had a reputation, and sure enough he didn't disappoint.
For me, the claims about the kid being a teddy bear were effectively countered by the smirk he had after he threw the kid to the floor.
If you don't want the internet to think you're a thug, don't act like one.
