I just ordered one also. If someone had posted this on Monday I could have paid for express shipping and worn it for the game.Originally posted by Flystripper View Post30 bucks for a t-shirt? Hell yes!

You missed the part about tweaking two noses, not one. My gutter swill of choice is PBR, not Miller Low Life. Besides, after Miller's last TV campaign, which lifted the Tennessee Titans' radio voice of the Music City Miracle (and being a Bills fan, I cannot endorse a product that makes money off my torment and misery as a Bills fan), I refuse to drink any Miller product.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostI just ordered one also. Sorry if this has been linked already, but there's a big photo of Jimmer along with an excellent article about Jimmer on the front page of USA Today's Sports section.

I thought the following quote was interesting:Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostSorry if this has been linked already, but there's a big photo of Jimmer along with an excellent article about Jimmer on the front page of USA Today's Sports section.
There are few who could honestly say that they brought more exposure to the church by not going on a mission. Jimmer is without a doubt one of those who has done just that. The school encourages but does not require students to complete two-year missions. Fredette says he prayed about it before deciding not to do one.
He believes he can represent the church through basketball.
"I've had numerous situations where people have told me they've checked out the religion because they knew who I was and they heard about my religion," he says.

They'll be talking "Jimmer" on Around the Horn in a few minutes.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Earlier in the day, Kornheiser had Bob Ryan on his radio show and they talked Jimmer. More great stuff about how much they love him and his game. Kornheiser loved his PTI appearance. They see him as a Scott Skiles. Still not sold his NBA chances.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock
