How long has it been since Jimmer had a good game?
Ever since Jimmer became "JIMMER", he has kind of sucked. He's getting points, but shooting a bad percentage and making a lot of turnovers. Every time he penetrates now, I cringe, because I know it's going to end badly. He needs to stop reading his press clippings and start playing smart and under control. I agree with NS and DDD to a point. I also agree with Tick. Jimmer is getting less calls which means he has 3-4 shots per game he gets legitimately fouled on that go down as misses instead of free throws. In fact look at New Mex as an example, on 3 straight possessions at one point he was fouled going to the hole. Blatant easy calls that were being called on the other end. Jimmer finished 9-15 shooting inside the three point line. Of his 6 misses he was fouled on at least 3 that I remember. Yes he was off from deep but he could have easily shot 75% from inside the arc and even if he goes 1-9 behind it. His final numbers are 10-21 which is very respectable.*Banned*Comment

He's definitely not getting the calls he got earlier in the season, but I think the reason for that is because he has played increasing more out of control as the season has gone on. How spoiled are we this year? Yeah, his shot isn't falling like it was in Jan/Feb, but I'll never buy that he's hurting the team. He was the only reason we didn't lose by 40 last night. FWIW, I think he's always looked a little out of control even in his best games.Comment
